asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is now in a position to indicate what action the Government propose to take on the recommendations made by the Commission on Youth Unemployment.
With your permission, a Chinn Chomhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 8 and 9 together. I would refer the Deputies to my answer to a similar question on the 7th November, which indicated that the recommendations of the commission are being examined by a number of Departments. That examination has not yet been completed and I cannot, therefore, indicate, at this stage, what action will be taken on the recommendations.
