asked the Minister for External Affairs if he will give particulars of the technical assistance projects in respect of which no contracts were signed before the 8th January, 1952 and which are likely to be affected by reason of the inability of our Government to reach agreement with the Government of the United States as indicated by him in reply to a question on 30th January, 1952, and if he will give in each case the nature and cost of such technical assistance project.
