When will No. 5 on the Order Paper be taken?
A statement in that connection was made recently by the Minister for Justice.
I think the Minister indicated that he would offer the House a Bill in substitution for the Private Members' Bill on the Order Paper. Did he give any approximate date?
I do not think so. I know that the Bill is in course of preparation.
