Vol. 129 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Lands for County Dublin Housing.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is now in a position to say whether it is proposed to make portion of the lands at Chantilly Stud Farm, Shankill, available to the Dublin County Council for housing purposes.

I am not yet in a position to say whether the lands in question can be made available to the Dublin County Council, but I am aware that the matter is receiving active consideration by the Minister for Finance and the Commissioners of Public Works.

Will the Minister say when the "active consideration" will result in a decision?

I am afraid I cannot.
