Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Export of Early Potatoes.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is yet in a position to state the latest date agreed with the United Kingdom for the export of the surplus early potato crop from this country during this coming season.

The latest date for the importation of new potatoes into Great Britain has been fixed as 31st May, 1952. The fixing of this date has not been the subject of agreement between our respective Governments.
