Vol. 129 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Tipperary Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the reason for the undue delay by the Land Commission in dividing the Koe estate, Youghlarra, Nenagh, County Tipperary, which was inspected some years ago.

The Land Commission are negotiating for the purchase of this estate. Pending the outcome of the negotiations it is not possible to state whether or when the lands are likely to become available for allotment. There has been no avoidable delay in the matter.
