Vol. 129 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Export of Horses.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will consider introducing proposals for legislation or making a statutory Order to prohibit the export of horses for slaughter which are over eight years of age and are under £50 in value.

Mr. Walsh

As I indicated in reply to a question on the subject on 14th February, I see no reason for altering the present position.
