asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state (1) the total acreage in South Kerry for which applications were made for drainage and clearance of scrub under the land project since the inception of the scheme; (2) the acreage completed; (3) the number of acres at present under process of drainage and clearance; (4) the number of acres awaiting attention, and (5) the total amount of money allocated to South Kerry under the scheme.

Mr. Walsh

I would refer the Deputy to the answer given on 22nd November last to similar questions by Deputies O'Higgins and Killilea.

Is the Minister aware that the promised quarterly report was due in the month of March and that we have not got it ?

Mr. Walsh

This is only the 2nd April.

Mr. Walsh

In a few days, I expect.
