As to (a) and (b) in the question, I would refer the Deputy to the answer given on the 11th March to a question by him regarding the allocation of machinery to particular districts in County Kerry. As to (c), no undue delay will occur in considering applications from private individuals for financial assistance towards the purchase of land project machinery.
