asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether, in view of repeated representations on the question of the congestion and rearrangement of holdings in the Ballyhale area, Headford, County Galway, the Land Commission have examined the position recently or considered the application of any tenant there for migration; and, if not, if the matter will be investigated with a view to migrating a particular tenant in the area.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of lands in Ballyhale. A landholder in the area has applied for an exchange of holdings, but the Land Commission are not in a position to state whether or when his application will be granted.
