Would the Tánaiste tell us when it is proposed to take No. 21—the Courts of Justice Bill?
I am afraid I cannot answer that question. It is unlikely to be taken in this session.
Is the Tánaiste aware that certain people believed that it was going to be taken before the end of the summer session? If it is going to be put back further now that will cause considerable hardship.
If the Deputy will repeat his question in a week or two I may be able to give him more definite information.
