Vol. 137 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - St. Kevin's Hospital.

asked the Minister for Health whether he is aware that necessary improvements in the administration of St. Kevin's hospital are impeded by archaic regulations surviving from nineteenth century statutes and whether he will review legislation affecting this hospital for the purpose of modernising the legislation applicable to it.

I am not aware that necessary improvements in the administration of Saint Kevin's Hospital are impeded by archaic regulations.

The regulations governing the administration of this hospital will be reviewed following the enactment of the Health Bill now before the House.
