I understand that no new premises have been erected at the rere of Ailesbury Road, but that former out-offices are being used for food manufacturing purposes. No approval under the building by-laws or the Town and Regional Planning Acts was either sought or obtained.
Does the Minister approve of factories in Ailesbury Road?
If I have no power to intervene I suppose an expression of my opinion as to whether I approve or disapprove is not of much value.
