Vol. 139 No. 10

Order of Business.

Business will be taken in the following order: Nos. 9 and 8 (Vote 27). If not already reached, it is proposed to interrupt business from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock to take No. 8. It is not proposed to take Private Deputies' business. The Minister for Agriculture will make a statement.

Mr. O'Higgins

I should like to know from the Tánaiste when it is proposed to allow time for the discussion of No. 19.

The whole question of business between this and the summer recess will, no doubt, receive consideration by the Whips in the early future. Subject to whatever may be the general feeling in regard to the Adjournment and to the progress of Government business, so far as we are concerned there will be no objection to providing some Private Members' time for it.
