Might I ask before the Order of Business can the Minister tell us when we will get the Army Pensions Bill?

I did give notice, and when I did so I was told to raise it here, and I ask the Minister if he will tell us when the Army Pensions Bill Second Stage will be introduced and when will we have a copy of it?
I would like to be in a position to give the Deputy a full and authoritative statement, but I am unable to do so until I have got notice.
