asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will state the total cost of erecting the Store Street bus station and offices and the source from which payment for this building has come.
Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Store Street Bus Station.
The cost of erecting the building at Store Street has been £1,014,000 up to 31st July, 1953. Assome further completion work is still being carried out, it is not possible to state the total final cost.
Payment has been made out of the former National Health Insurance Fund and the Social Insurance Fund, which has replaced it under the Social Welfare Act, 1952.
How does that figure compare with the original estimate?
