asked the Minister for Justice whether, in view of the fact that many voluntary charitable organisations are anxious to raise funds by promoting lotteries on football and horse-racing results, he will now state whether the examination of the law relating to gaming and lotteries has been completed by his Department; and, if so, when proposals for any necessary legislation in the matter will be introduced.
