Vol. 142 No. 3

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 8 and 9 and in No. 9 Votes 49, 66, 8, 9, 10, 50, 51, 52, 53 and 67.

I thought the Supplies and Services Bill was to be ordered with the Industry and Commerce Votes.

I understand that some legal difficulty has been mentioned in that connection.

In any case the Order of Business is really a try-on.

I hope to get the Industry and Commerce Votes finished before 12 o'clock to-morrow.

Then the Supplies and Services Bill will not be discussed with them?

It is my intention, as it cannot be discussed jointly with the Estimates, that it will be taken immediately after.
