asked the Minister for Defence if he will state (1) the number of applications for re-hearing under the Military Service Pensions (Amendment) Act, 1949, from Kerry No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 Brigades; (2) the number of cases heard and decided; (3) the number granted certificates of service and the number refused; (4) the number rejected after oral evidence had been heard, and (5) the number rejected on the grounds that they failed to establish a prima faciecase.
