Vol. 143 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Ashbourne Land Act.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the number of years that land annuities require to be paid in respect of holdings purchased under the Ashbourne Land Act (i) where decadal reductions were availedof, and (ii) where decadal reductions were not given.

Ordinarily the number of years in each case is (i) 79 and (ii) 49, but these periods may vary if the annuity is consolidated with another annuity.
