Vol. 143 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Kerry Bus Service.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is now aware that Kerry County Council has completed the steamrolling of the road from Castlemaine via Inch, Annascaul; and, if so, if he will now make representations to C.I.E. to provide a bus service for the district.

The responsibility for meeting the demand for transport facilities generally rests on the Board of C.I.E. and any representations about the provision of this service should be made direct to the board.

That amounts to saying: "I have no function" though the words are not the same.

It is a nicer form.
