asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is aware that on occasions residents in the Tallow area, County Waterford, have been greatly inconvenienced through delay in attending to a breakdown in the E.S.B. scheme due to the fact that there is no one nearer than Dungarvan, 20 miles away, to give the matter attention; and, if so, if he will request the E.S.B. to give those consumers a better service by the appointment of an official in the locality.
