I am informed by the E.S.B. that the Belgooly area, which includes Riverstick, and the Tracton rural area, which includes Nohoval and Minane Bridge, have not so far qualified for selection under the rural electrification scheme due to the small number of householders in each of those areas who have undertaken to accept supply. The board is unable to state when development is likely to take place but suggest that the prospects of development could be improved by an increase in the number of householders in the areas willing to take supply.
