Vol. 145 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Portaleen (County Donegal) Harbour.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state whether a firm decision has been arrived at regarding the construction of a breakwater on the harbour at Portaleen, County Donegal; and, if so, if he will indicate its nature.

A final decision as to the nature of the improvements to the harbour facilities at Portaleen which can be effected has not yet been made. The matter is still the subject of examination between the engineers of the Office of Public Works and the Donegal county engineer.

Is the Parliamentary Secretary aware that four years ago his colleagues were denouncing me vigorously in this House for not having arrived at a decision in regard to that matter?

Mr. Walsh

You were sleeping on it.

If I was, you are dying on it. You are dead but you will not lie down.
