By virtue of the Electoral (Chairman of Dáil Éireann) Act, 1937, and the Electoral (Amendment) Act, 1947, Patrick Hogan has been deemed to have been elected as one of the members for the County Constituency of Clare.In compliance with Standing Order No. 4 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, I have laid upon the Table of the Dáil copies of the writs of Election and the returns endorsed thereon. |
