Vol. 146 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Sub-division of Tipperary Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether sanction has yet been given for the sub-division of lands at Ballyneill, County Tipperary (R.O. 167/327, County Tipperary, Folio 17393) at the request of the registered owner; and, if not, if he will state the reason for the long delay in coming to a decision in the case.

On the 15th December, 1953, the Land Commission gave their conditional consent to the sub-division of the holding referred to in the Deputy's question. There is a licensed premises on the holding and one of the conditions was that the revised annuity should be redeemed but this has not so far been done.

The Receivable Order No. quoted by the Deputy relates to a different holding for which no sub-division application has been received.
