Mr. Lemass:

If the Government will not answer questions we may as well adjourn the Dáil.

Mr. de Valera:

Would it be out of order to speak on the Fifth Stage?

This Bill is a Money Bill within the meaning of Article 22 of the Constitution.

Mr. Lemass:

There is nothing for it but to adjourn the Dáil until the Government know what they are going to do.
