I have to inform the Dáil that the following have been selected as representatives and substitutes from Ireland to the Sixth Ordinary Session of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe. The second part of the session will open at Strasbourg on Monday, 13th September, 1954.
The representatives chosen are: Deputy William Norton, Tánaiste and Minister for Industry and Commerce; Deputy Gerald Boland, Deputy Mrs. Honor M. Crowley and James Crosbie, a former Senator. The substitutes are: Deputy Seán MacBride, Deputy Joseph Brennan, Deputy Declan Costello and Deputy Anthony C. Esmonde.
