Vol. 146 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Maternity Grant.

asked the Minister for Health if he will state the conditions laid down for the payment of the £4 maternity grant in Limerick City and County; the number of applications for the grant which have been received to date from the city and county, respectively; the number of applications approved and the number rejected in each area; and if he will indicate the main reasons for rejection.

The information requested in the second and third parts of the question, i.e. for the period from the commencement of the scheme (1st January last) to 30th ultimo, is as follows:—
