Vol. 147 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Phoenix Park Accommodation.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he is aware of the urgent necessity for the provision of dressing rooms, with toilet accommodation, in the Phoenix Park for the thousands of footballers and hurlers who use the playing fields there, and, if so, whether, in the interests of the health of the players, he will provide such facilities at an early date.

Proposals for the provision of additional dressing room accommodation adjacent to the playing pitches in the Phoenix Park have been under consideration for some time. I hope to be in a position shortly to arrange discussions with the interested associations.
