Vol. 148 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Ventry Boat Slip.

asked the Minister for Agriculture whether he is aware that the Kerry County Council passed a resolution some time ago requesting the Department of Finance to allocate a grant for the erection of a boat slip at Ventry, County Kerry, and that in reply they were advised that the matter was solely one for the Fisheries Branch of his Department, and, if so, whether he is prepared to make moneys available for the proposed slip.

Arising out of a resolution passed by the Kerry County Council, the question of the need for a slip at Ventry is being examined. A decision has not yet been reached in the matter.
