Vol. 148 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Unemployment in Limerick Factory.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether he is aware that serious unemployment exists in the Limerick Clothing Factory, and, if so, if he will take steps to improve the employment position in this factory.

I am not in a position to furnish information regarding the business of a private commercial concern. I may say, however, that the information which I have does not support the statement that serious unemployment exists in the factory mentioned in the Deputy's question.
