Having regard to the fact that the maximum grants for houses of more than four rooms were substantially increased as recently as 1952, and that supplementary grants are available from the housing authority, I am not satisfied that a case exists for a further increase. The matter will, however, come under review next year when further housing legislation is being prepared.
