Vol. 149 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Limerick Council's Revenue Loss.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the amount of money due to the Limerick County Council by the Limerick Corporation by way of loss in revenue because of the extension of the city boundary, and if he will have settlement of the matter expedited so that essential relief may be forthcoming for the county ratepayers in this year's estimate.

Failing agreement between the local authorities, the financial adjustment in this case will be made by me. I have not yet determined the amount involved but I hope to be in a position to do so in the near future.
