Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Butter and Margarine Consumption.

asked the Taoiseach if he will state the amount of (1) butter, and (2) margarine consumed in this country during each year from, and including, 1950.

I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate in the Official Report a statement giving the desired information.

Following is the statement:—

ESTIMATED total* consumption of butter and margarine in each of the years 1950 to 1954.
