Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Sale of Unstamped Eggs.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is aware that unstamped eggs are being sold by dealers in the Dundalk market to the detriment of local producers, and, if so, if he will take steps to have this practice discontinued.

My Department has received communications from egg producers in the Dundalk district regarding the sale of unstamped eggs on Dundalk market, and the matter is being investigated.
