Vol. 150 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Wexford Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands whether he is aware that proceedings for the acquisition of the Courtown estate, County Wexford, from An Bord Fáilte have now been in progress for two years, and, if so, if he will request the Land Commission to expedite the matter.

Agreement has been reached for the purchase of over 300 acres of this estate and title investigations are in progress.

Title investigations have been going on for about a year, as far as I can gather.

I understand they are almost completed and a decision should be taken some time early in the summer.
