Vol. 151 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin City Housing Survey.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state what proportion of Dublin City in relation to the whole population has been covered by the central city housing survey; further, if he will consider having the scope of the survey extended to cover the entire city area including corporation housing schemes.

I have received no report from Dublin Corporation on the progress of their survey of housing conditions in the central city area and I cannot state what proportion of the city's population has been covered by that survey. It is entirely a matter for the corporation to determine the scope and extent of the present detailed survey.
