I will be prepared to make an Order under Section 33 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935, prohibiting the sale of milk in Cork County Borough unless such milk is sold as pasteurised milk or highest grade milk as soon as I am satisfied that adequate facilities are available for pasteurisation of the milk supplies for Cork City. I cannot yet say when exactly such facilities will be available.
