andJ. Lynch asked the Minister for Social Welfare if, in view of the hardships being suffered by recipients of unemployment assistance, unemployment benefit and disability benefit as a result of the increase in the cost of living, he will introduce legislation to increase these benefits without delay.

The matter is under examination.
