Before work on the improvement of the landing facilities at Magheraroarty can be commenced it will be necessary for the Donegal County Council, of which the Deputy is a member, to acquire some small areas of land adjacent to the pier, to accept the plan and specification and to lodge their contribution. The council are attending to these matters and work can be put in hands within a few weeks of their completion.
