A grant under the Housing (Gaeltacht) Acts towards the erection of a new dwelling house has been refused to this applicant, as the dwelling in which he resides is not wholly unsuitable for the proper and healthy accommodation of the occupier and his family, a necessary condition for the making of such a grant under the Acts.
