Vol. 154 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Phoenix Park Amenities.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will take immediate action with a view to providing additional shelters, toilet accommodation and up-to-date pavilions at the Phoenix Park for the many thousands who use the park for football, hurling and other sporting activities.

The provision of additional pavilions in the Phoenix Park for football and hurling players is receiving active consideration at present. A discussion with one of the interested associations has already taken place and a meeting with the second association will be arranged shortly.
