There are a number of matters in connection with this contract which I have been informed by my technical advisers still require clarification. I am in communication with the Galway Harbour Commissioners in the matter and I can assure the Deputy that when these points have been cleared by the harbour commissioners there will be no avoidable delay in finalising the matter.
