Vol. 155 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Payment for Cork Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that repeated representations have been made to the Land Commission to secure payment for lands compulsorily acquired from Mr. Patrick Courcey, Lackavaun, Goleen, County Cork, and, if so, if he will state the reason for the delay in payment.

Distribution of the compensation awarded in respect of the resumption of these lands cannot be effected until such time as the necessary documents of title have been lodged with the Land Commission by the owner or his legal representatives.
