asked the Minister for Health if he will state in respect of the 12 months ended 31st March, 1956, the remuneration of the midwife attached to Youghal dispensary, and the number of maternity cases attended by her.

I am informed by the health authority, that in respect of the 12 months ended 31st March, 1956, the midwife in Youghal dispensary district was paid £197 18s. 4d. and that she attended five maternity cases who were entitled to free treatment.
