Vol. 157 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Limerick Farm.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission are aware that the Flynn farm, Clare Glens, Murroe, County Limerick, is not being worked and is derelict, and, if so, if they will consider the propriety of acquiring it for allotment among (a) uneconomic holders in the area, and (b) cottiers who are taking grazing up to nine miles away.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of these lands but I have asked them to investigate the matter.
