Vol. 157 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cork City School.

asked the Minister for Education what is the present position in regard to the proposal to erect new national schools for senior boys in the Ballyphehane area, Cork City.

A grant has now been sanctioned by my Department towards the cost of erecting a new school for senior boys to serve the Ballyphehane area of Cork City.

It is a matter for the Commissioners of Public Works to make the preliminary arrangements for the erection of the new building. These arrangements will be dealt with expeditiously.
