Examination of the proposals received from the companies concerned is being actively continued and I understand that, arising out of the examination, discussions between the Industrial Development Authority and the companies' representatives have taken place on different aspects of the scheme. The Deputy will no doubt appreciate that the examination of proposals of this magnitude is necessarily complex. However, I have been informed that a position has now been reached when the Industrial Development Authority expect to be able to let me have their report on the proposals in the near future.
