I am not in a position at this stage to say what schemes will be started during the year 1957.
Surely, as we are now so close to the end of the year 1956, the Parliamentary Secretary should be in a position to indicate what schemes are likely to be started in 1957? Surely it is not on the day the new year commences that those schemes are formulated?
